This dressing is great for almost any kind of salad! I sometimes substitute red wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar if lemons are not readily available.
Ingredients
- Juice of one large lemon
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Dijon or any other kind of mustard on hand
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Steps
- combine all ingredients and give it a good whisk
